1 Acceptance of Terms

By using CampaignBot, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Indian laws. You also agree to comply with:

2 Services Overview

CampaignBot is a WhatsApp-based chatbot platform for verified businesses ("Clients") to:

  • •Send automated and template-based WhatsApp messages
  • •Create and manage marketing campaigns
  • •Share text, image, and video content
  • •Monitor analytics and campaign performance

All messaging must follow Meta's opt-in and template approval guidelines.

3 Account Registration & Verification

  • •Clients must register with valid business credentials (e.g., GSTIN, incorporation certificate).
  • •Meta Business Verification is mandatory for WhatsApp API access.
  • •You are responsible for all activity under your account and must maintain login confidentiality.

4 Messaging & Content Restrictions

Clients may not use CampaignBot to:

  • •Send adult, obscene, or sexually explicit content
  • •Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination
  • •Share false, misleading, or illegal material
  • •Violate Meta's policies or Indian IT laws

Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, and reporting to authorities.

5 Payment & Billing

a. Subscription Fees

  • •Monthly subscription fees apply.
  • •Non-payment leads to account suspension.

b. Campaign Charges

  • •Charges vary by message type and volume.
  • •Deducted from the CampaignBot Wallet.

c. Meta API Charges

  • •WhatsApp API charges by Meta are passed to the client.
  • •Includes template message costs and session message limits.

d. Taxes

  • •All fees are subject to applicable GST and Indian taxes.

e. Notifications

  • •Clients receive alerts for renewals, wallet balance, and billing summaries.

6 Refund Policy

  • •No refunds for used or expired credits.
  • •Refunds only for verified billing errors or duplicate charges.

7 Termination of Service

CampaignBot may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • •Violations of these Terms or Meta's policies
  • •Non-payment of dues
  • •Misuse or security breaches

8 Intellectual Property

All platform features, designs, and technology are owned by TechDiganta Pvt. Ltd.

You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or sublicense any part of the platform.

9 Data Retention & Privacy

  • •Campaign and log data retained for up to 12 months.
  • •Clients may request permanent deletion of customer data via support@campaignbot.online.
  • •All data handling complies with Meta's privacy standards and Indian IT laws.

10 Opt-In & Consent

Clients must obtain explicit user consent before sending messages. Acceptable opt-in methods include:

  • •Website forms
  • •Checkout pages
  • •Offline channels with documented consent

CampaignBot enforces opt-in tracking to ensure compliance.

11 Limitation of Liability

CampaignBot is not liable for:

  • •WhatsApp service outages
  • •Maintenance-related downtime
  • •Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is capped at the amount paid in the last 3 months.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • •Disputes resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • •Jurisdiction: Courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

13 Updates to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be notified via email or WhatsApp. Continued use implies acceptance.
